We offer a spacious, secure, private parking garage (at an additional charge), complete with charging stations for electric vehicles.
Our hotel is located within Madrid’s Low Emission Zone (ZBE). Vehicles with CERO, ECO, C, and B environmental stickers are permitted to access the area in accordance with current regulations. Our team will handle the necessary registration with the Madrid City Council to facilitate your access to the hotel parking lot. Please remember to provide your vehicle’s license plate number at reception—or ideally prior to your arrival—so we can process the request for you.
Please note that vehicles without an environmental sticker (Category A) are subject to access restrictions.
